Instructions

1. Break up the ground turkey into a mixing bowl.
2. Dissolve the baking soda into 1 tsp water, then pour over the meat.
3. Add coconut aminos, Worcestershire sauce, melted butter, panko, Parmesan, gelatin, black pepper, kosher salt, and garlic parsley seasoning.
