Ingredients

- 1.5 lb Chicken legs and thighs

- 1 cup Greek yogurt
Produce
- 1 inch Fresh ginger
- 0.25 cup Fresh mint
- 4 cloves Garlic cloves
- 2 whole Lemon
- 1 whole Red onion
Spices & Herbs
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
- 1 tsp Ground turmeric
- 2 tbsp Tandoori masala
Instructions
1. Score chicken deeply with a knife. Mix yogurt with tandoori masala, turmeric, cumin, chili powder, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, and salt.
2. Coat chicken completely and marinate at least 2 hours, ideally overnight.
3. Preheat oven to 450°F or preheat broiler. Place chicken on a rack over a foil-lined pan.
4. Cook 25–30 min, turning once, until edges are charred and chicken is cooked through.
5. Serve with lemon wedges, sliced onion, and fresh mint.
